Effective July 22, 2026. This policy explains how Worklume Systems collects and uses information submitted through this website.
Information collected
Worklume Systems may collect information submitted through the project request form, including your name, work email, company website, project description, software involved, desired timing, expected investment range and your answer about regulated information.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to evaluate project fit, respond to requests, prepare proposals, prevent abuse, maintain business records and improve the service. Worklume Systems does not sell or rent this information or use it for unrelated advertising.
Sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, secret keys, payment-card details, personal customer records, health records, government identification or other regulated information through the public form or ordinary email. Projects involving regulated information require a separate security review.
Service providers
The website currently uses OpenAI for website hosting, Supabase for secure project-request storage and Resend for transactional email. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services. Future projects may use separate providers for contracts, invoicing, payments or file delivery; those arrangements will be disclosed when they apply.
Cookies and analytics
Worklume Systems does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party marketing analytics on this website. Essential hosting and security technologies may still process basic technical data such as browser information and network requests.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for project evaluation, legal obligations and business records. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, including limited access to submitted requests. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Information from children
This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. Worklume Systems does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the project-request form.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your submitted information, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements. Email hello@worklumesystems.comusing the same address included with your request so your identity can be reasonably verified.
Updates
This policy may be updated when services, vendors or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised when changes are published.
