Choose your starting point

Bring us the workaround your team is tired of working around.

Built for growing e-commerce and operations teams that have outgrown a workaround but do not need a giant agency or a replacement for every tool they already use.

01

Fix a broken workflow

Repair the manual steps, status confusion and recurring exceptions slowing down orders, support or back-office work.

Order routing · Fulfillment exceptions · Support handoffs
02

Connect systems that do not talk

Move the right information between e-commerce, CRM, phone, support and business tools without constant copying.

APIs · Webhooks · Platform integrations
03

Make data usable

Turn scattered exports, spreadsheets and inconsistent records into dependable reporting and clearer decisions.

Data cleanup · Reporting · Operational visibility
04

Build the missing internal tool

Create a focused dashboard, portal or utility when existing software gets close but cannot support the real process.

Internal tools · AI-assisted systems · Custom utilities

A strong fit: The problem crosses tools, repeats often, causes errors or depends too heavily on one person knowing the workaround.

Probably not a fit: General IT support, device repair, ongoing help-desk coverage or a project that requires immediate 24/7 response.

Selected systems work

Behind every fix is a real operational problem.

Worklume is an independent technical systems practice based in Washington, built on hands-on e-commerce and operations experience. These are selected examples from completed in-house work, with identifying details withheld. Additional experience spans workflow automation, platform migrations, technical troubleshooting, integrations and more.

01Phone + CRM integration

Gave a disconnected phone system a reliable path into the CRM.

Challenge
The phone platform and CRM could not share the activity the team needed.
Delivered
Designed and implemented a serverless webhook bridge so communication events could move between the systems automatically.
Result
The team gained a documented, maintainable connection instead of relying on a manual handoff.
CRM · Telephony · Webhooks · Serverless
02E-commerce operations

Made a repetitive order workflow clearer and more dependable.

Challenge
Recurring order edits and checks were adding friction to everyday processing.
Delivered
Mapped the actual workflow, clarified the decision points and improved how the team handled repeat order-management tasks.
Result
The process became easier to follow, repeat and troubleshoot when exceptions appeared.
E-commerce · Operations · Workflow design
03Support platform migration

Moved customer-support operations without losing the working process.

Challenge
Changing platforms meant rebuilding routing, connections and team handoffs, not simply moving data.
Delivered
Restructured the operational workflow and implementation details required for the new support system.
Result
The team could continue its day-to-day work with the new platform and a clearer operating structure.

How it works

A clear project from request to handoff.

Designed for documented, asynchronous collaboration without unnecessary meetings.

  1. 01

    Request

Describe what happens today and what should happen instead. A fit and next-step response arrives within two business days.

  2. 02

    Written plan

If the project is a fit, you receive any clarifying questions, followed by a written scope, fixed quote and proposed timeline.

  3. 03

    Build and delivery

After a signed agreement and payment, the system is built, tested and delivered with written handoff documentation.

Asynchronous by designEvery decision, approval and delivery stays documented. Most projects can be completed without phone or video meetings.

Experience is not limited to this list. We also work with APIs, databases and specialized platforms when the project requires them. Logos identify compatible platforms, not formal partnerships or certifications.

Before you submit

The useful answers.

Who is Worklume best for?

Growing e-commerce and operations teams with a specific workflow, integration or internal-tool problem. You do not need to know the technical solution before reaching out.

What does a project cost?

Most implementation projects fall between $1,500 and $7,500. A tightly scoped audit or diagnostic may be smaller. You receive a fixed quote before work begins, and added requests are priced separately before they are started.

Do you replace our current software?

Usually not. The first goal is to make the tools you already have work better together. A replacement is recommended only when the current platform is the actual constraint.

Will you need our passwords?

No. Access should use a separate, limited account that can be removed. Credentials should never be placed in the request form or ordinary email.

Can you handle sensitive information?

Projects involving health records, payment-card data, government IDs, payroll details or other regulated information require a separate security review before access is accepted.

What happens after delivery?

The project agreement defines ownership, documentation and a correction period for anything that does not work as agreed. You can finish with a clean handoff or continue with ongoing support. There is never an automatic monthly charge.

Do you offer ongoing support or monthly retainers?

Yes. After an initial project or review, ongoing support can be arranged for businesses that want continued improvements, troubleshooting, monitoring or a dependable technical partner. Retainers are scoped around agreed priorities, availability or a set amount of support each month. They do not include 24/7 emergency response or general help-desk coverage, and a retainer is never required for a one-time project.

A low-pressure first step

What should work better than it does today?

Tell us what happens now, where it gets stuck and what a better result would look like. No technical vocabulary required.
