Worklume Systems

Website use and project requests

Website Terms

Effective July 22, 2026. These terms govern use of the Worklume Systems website. They do not replace the separate written agreement used for an accepted project.

Website information

The website provides general information about Worklume Systems and its services. It is not a guarantee that a project will be accepted or that a particular result is possible.

Project requests

Submitting a form does not create a client relationship, confidentiality obligation, service agreement or commitment to perform work. A project begins only after both parties approve a written agreement and any required payment is completed.

Do not submit trade secrets, passwords, secret keys, payment details, personal customer records or regulated information through the public form. If confidential information is needed to evaluate an accepted project, Worklume Systems will arrange an appropriate method separately.

Proposals and scope

Project scope, price, timing, ownership, correction periods, access requirements and other terms are governed by the written agreement for that project. Website examples are illustrative and do not guarantee identical outcomes.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person or provide information you do not have authority to share.

No professional advice

Website content is general business and technical information, not legal, tax, accounting, cybersecurity or other regulated professional advice. Obtain qualified advice when your situation requires it.

Intellectual property

The Worklume Systems name, visual identity, website design and original website content may not be copied or represented as your own. Client ownership of project deliverables is defined in the applicable project agreement.

Third-party services

The website and completed projects may interact with third-party platforms. Worklume Systems does not control those platforms and is not responsible for changes, outages or restrictions imposed by them.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, accuracy or completeness. Worklume Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from use of this website. Project-specific warranties, remedies and limitations belong in the signed project agreement.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the website or services change. The effective date will be revised when changes are published. Questions may be sent to hello@worklumesystems.com.
